Ahar- poster for your 'Wicket box' always loved the prototype speeder bike on that poster.

Loving All these great finds lads and lasses! The R5 varients is one I'm looking out for too( never knew of its hidden talents on the pole !). Any way looking forward to checking through this thread the weekend when no doubt more beauties to gaze at!

My fist tip toe into the Micro collection:

First up a MISB Bespin control room


Next up a MIB (all contents in sealed baggies) Hoth Wampa Cave

Bit of left over sticker residue; I'd have preferred it to have been left on, but a previous owner clearly had other ideas.. not sure now whether to attempt to finish the job they started...

New moc at nice price from a local friend collector. I've been told since it's a German card too so I think I need to read up more on joe's Tri logo info site.Anyway here it is !ricky ⚒

It is indeed a German Parker release. You can tell by the shape of the bubble (smaller with rounded corners) similar to the Meccano bubble, as well as by the shape of the punch hole which is thinner than Palitoy's and peaked (looks like a triangle). This punch shape is specific to German Parker.

Had this beauty arrive in today courtesy of Chris aka 'jedi_masters'.....Delighted with this addition to the ROTJ collection...Mint figure with weapon still taped. Love the look of the Double stem bubble!

Just going through a few of the older posts and this one resonated. I completely get it Shawn, I had the same experience with Vader and finally found on one recently. Big thanks to Frank for helping me get this guy down under too.



My story is almost exactly the same as yours too Shawn - looking for years, only seen one or two, and then finally I find one. Not terribly exciting if you're not a focus collector

Those micro sets are great. I dipped a toe in last year and am now up to my neck!!

The Micro stuff is addictive but thankfully not a huge run and relatively easy to get.

Firstly, apologise for not posting sooner but had a little break from collecting the past few months and havent been feeling too good. Love everyones aquisitions and there are some cracking pieces coming in.

I treated myself to these few pieces over the past 2 weeks. The HCF set was a bargain at £10 and is one bit short of a complete set. I think its a pen so ill have to hunt one down. Has the acrylic case etc

Secondly, although ive got to sneak this past the wife the Helix set wasnt cheap at £75 but is very near complete and i couldnt resist. Ive been after one for ages and sat on the fence for all of 30 secs :lol: :roll: Sure the rubber,1 felt and a compass is missing for sure.

If anyone knows exactly which bits are missing please advise

I saw that Helix School Set and nearly pulled the trigger myself just to get some of the contents to make up another full set. I think £75 was a good price mate, you did well.

You're missing the maths sheet insert, compass, rubber, sharpener and 1 extra felt tip plus 2 blue pencils. The blue pencils turn up fairly regularly.

A couple of figs (which I've just had to pay custom fees for :x )

I have one of these as you know Mark and again its a part set.
Mine contains: 1 standard blue pencil, Pair of compasses, small red pencil, red ruler, yellow pen, green and orange coloured pencils, both set squares and protractor and the letter stencil (not mentioned in your list, but present in this and my Maths set). Interestingly (variant geeks beware), mine is dark blue/black inside rather than the buff colour above.

Was gutted when Iain sold it at a bargain price a while ago and I missed it so when it came up for sale on Facebook I had to grab it.

Really nice clear bubble & a gorgeous blue Max Rebo.

As always, excuse the crap pics! My iPhone has dust on the camera lens & I can't be arsed to take it apart to clean it.
