Awesome Bandolier Strap, I'd be too tempted to open it to check the condition of the foam (knowing my luck it'd be in a million pieces :D ).

Got this original cinema poster in the post yesterday, looks so cool but it feels extremely delicate to touch, almost as if its about to disintegrate (just glad it survived it's journey in a padded envelope via Royal Mail  ). I'm gonna look into getting it framed at some point, would love to have it restored but feel that'd take away its originality so gonna leave it as is :D

@db94 - I feel for you mate Hermes is the SHITEST parcel delivery firm on the planet,, if I buy anything big I always contact the seller and ask them who they are going to post with and tell them not to use Hermes.

I always recommend UPS or even Parcelforce and I would rather pay double even treble what Hermes are charging to get my parcel in one piece.

This is no word of a lie I came home from work once and had a note from Hermes informing me they had left my parcel in my bush in my front garden..!! and it was pissing it down, since then I do what I mentioned above... **** Heremes.

Hermes are just known as herpes in our house because of their consistent crappy service but that box is atrocious even by their standards.
Hope you can get it sorted.

Gents, Just thought I'd share my latest Vectis additions which arrived yesterday immaculately packed.

Pulling the speeder bike out in its tray took me back to when I used to fly my speederbikes in and out of the dining room table and chair legs having them "explode". I would then have to get my mum to put it back together as I couldn't do it (patience of a saint that woman).

No matter how many times I see an R2 on an ESB card I fail to tire of it. Absolutely brilliant MOC, Mark. The other's aren't too shabby either.

My latest acquisition is from Vectis. It is also a tragedy. I had two, huge boxes arrive yesterday and the only SW item in it was my lovely little bargain Yoda Tri-logo MOC. It was the very last thing to be unpacked. Vectis tend to pack things brilliantly, I find, and as I reached the final, inner cardboard box which contained a bubble wrapped, tissue paper wrapped, Star Case, I was singing their praises in my head whilst thinking "I don't remember if they pack inside of the Star Case, too? I hope so as it would be terrible if......"

It was my only SW buy from the Frank Beeches' shop (so far). Absolutely gutted. Look at the condition of the card! And this hammered at £110. Another MOC lost for good.

I've e-mailed them and I'm just hoping they have another one in an upcoming sale. Bet they don't. I am surprised they allowed this to happen again, though; I know of a buyer in Aus who had the exact same issue with the exact same MOC.

On a more positive note, I did get a couple of these! I know not SW but they are Palitoy and seeing as I'm so upset about my lil green fella I hoped this may be allowed. They're brand new and unused although the tape had dried and fallen off, so they are opened. I need to flatten out the unused sticker sheets which have curled up over time. Never heard of them before and can't find previous sales, but they are bloody amazing :D I have two identical ones as they were lotted as a pair.

Oh no :( Poor Yoda! Sorry Simon, that really looked like a great card too!

It was, Joe :( The smiling little bugger managed to smash through his bubble whilst still holding onto his cane! That's the power of the Force for you, I guess.

He does look happy about being free, though!

Always a shame to see an escapee, especially a trilogo! Was it one of the miscard bubbles? These really shouldn't be posted IMO, they're just too delicate. All the packing in the world won't help, the bubbles are usually too deformed to add any kind of protection.

Mark: Gorgeous ESB R2 MOC - still on my list of wants! Is it a 41 back a/b/c by any chance?
SLNH: Absolutely gutted for you about the Yoda.

Very pleased to add this chap to my trilogo run, have been looking for one for ages. Big thanks to our resident detective Joe for the heads up :)
