MOCs with large/folded footer cardboard

Yes I know this is a real trainspotter thread :oops:

I just saw this ROTJ Lobot, which as you can see has the large folded cardboard footer usually only found on a few early 12 back characters (Han, Luke.) The ESB Lobot to my knowledge always has a flat cardboard footer, and the only ROTJ MOCs with this type I recall seeing before are original Luke and Han. Anybody else noticed this before? Which other characters were available on later cardbacks with this folded footer?

Good spot trainspotter. Just checked mine and the only later one I have is the Hoth Stormtrooper which is a 77 back.

Have seen this large folded footer on a non-Toy Toni Palitoy Jedi Fett and a Palitoy 45a Luke original 8)

I think we will find the big footer is more common with a specific factory and if you compile a heap of pictures they will likely all have the same smooth punch small hump hangtab.

The large footer is an ingenious way of getting Fett to stay facing frontwards rather than sloping to one side due to his backpack.
