It was awesome. So glad to see Han & Chewie, that scene was perfect!

I've already lost count how many times I've watched it.

Can't wait to see the film.

I started blubbing as soon as I saw R2 and I'm proud to say it! I'm so glad I'm not the only emotional wreck watching that trailer.
JJ looks to have hit the nail on the head. That second trailer already pi$$es over everything that has been released since 1999

Did anyone watch the hour long live stream prior to the trailer? I'm already über smitten with BB-8

(It has already been said) The only negative to come from this new series of movies is the rocketing cost of vintage.

Outside of that, these are great times to be alive.

Boys, "we're ALL home".

Utterly fantastic. My childhood right there.
Spent most of the morning re-watching the trailer and reaction videos, with tears rolling down my cheeks.

Never thought I'd react like this. I'm 46 for f**k's sake!

Watched it twice by myself and then with my 3yr old who loved it and wanted to watch it again. Then waited until my 7yr old got home from school and he was super excited about it. Thrilled to see the look on his face while watching it. Very cool that he will get to experience a SW film made for his generation with a decent amount of nostalgia to satisfy mine.

Anyone else seen this, honestly thought this droid was CGI very cool to see they're going as far as to actually find the tech to make this little guy real, even if it looks a little clumsy.

Yeah he's pretty cool, I had heard it was a real robot and not CGI in the trailer but it's awesome to see it roll out on the stage like that, interesting that it's so much smaller than R2 too!

It was a nice surprise to be honest, just enforces how much they've actually tried to get the feel of the film right by adopting some traditional techniques. You're right Joe he is a fair bit smaller than I'd imagined.

Not ashamed to admit a tear rolled down my cheek. I was totally transported back to 78. Whilst I thought the first trailer was good. This blew me away. Never been effected in such a sentimental way with a film trailer such as this. Wow.

It's prompted me to look up loads of Star Wars stuff on youtube.

Been looking at all the deleted scenes from the 6 movies

Great to read all your feelings and emotions that were sparked by this short teaser...my emotions were exactly the same. I am a teacher and actually saw it for the first time whilst watching 'newsround' with my tutor group this morning during registration...I had to hold back the tears in front of 25 teenagers!! I watched it again as soon as they left the classroom, to be filled with even more emotion and pure nostalgia all over again...seeing Chewie and Han just set me off!! What a great feeling! Pure heaven, genius Abrahams.
