Tri Logo print oddity

Not sure if anybody has noticed this before, but I haven't seen it mentioned. I just found a printing defect that only appears to be present on the original Han Solo. Interestingly the 70c Han (with longer printed bubble area) does not have it, nor does any other Tri Logo figure as far as I can see having just looked through all my old photos. It appears to be a masking issue, as the left silver strip is present on small figures eg Yoda, looks like they just forgot to mask it off on this particular Han cardback.

Not on the normal one, maybe on the 70c but can't find a photo.

Strange coincidence! I posted a thread about this exact same print error a few weeks ago on my forum lol! http://forum.trilogo.info/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=546 (It got very little in the way of response..although, that's not unusual :lol: )

One of those things you never really notice, but when you do it seems super obvious and you think "how come I never saw that before?" lol

Just checked my Trilogo Original Han Solo and it has that little white triangle on the top left too, never noticed that before, must quite common.

Looks the same. I will have another look next week as the MOC has been put away but you learn something new every day.

I was going to post that Joe had the same thread on his forum but he's already here. None of mine have this error/variation though our favourite south coast seller has had several Han's for sale.

I guess it was a bit of creative air brushing. Should be a Stormtrooper belt!
