Nice work Liam, great haul. Not sure what the catalogue with 4Lom originally came in. It should be the silver Esb one. On the front it says Star Wars Collections. I think Frank got a few in a job lot of catalogues he bought a while back. Might be worth giving him a nudge!

Found a seller who had 4 rare Meccano square back cards for sale (3 of them being the impossible to find ESB cardbacks) - managed to get 2 of them Ugnaught and the Imperial Commander :D missed out on Lando Calrissian :( and the other - Death Star Droid was in very poor condition so passed on that one.

I'm going to display them in acrylic Meccano cases (order with Christian in progress) as I've done with a Chewbacca I already have. I think these cardbacks deserve being displayed in cases as they are so different.

Congrats Paul :)
How much did the DSD sell for mate? :)

Hi Liam

Dark Blue R2 - one of favourites, well done getting that figure 8) Very nice mailers too, POTF Coin book as you say a steal at that price.

The DSD Meccano cardback went for 54.00 Euro's (about £43.00) and it was in quite poor condition. These square Meccano card backs are not cheap unfortunately (except Jawa and Ben Kenobi, which as most of us on here know are fairly easy to get hold of as a MOC - the rest virtually impossible)

Can't keep up with all these new additions, that Luke X-wing looks the dogs, hopefully I should be able to take part in a new addition of my own sometime next week!

Collected these two beauties from the sorting office this afternoon........ :D

First venture into the Droids MOC.......These have grown on me over the last few months so I was delighted to add one to the collection. The $1 price tag made me smile.........if only, but in fairness, it was a bargain at £16 I think......

Next up, this minty ROTJ Vader from Iain, with barely noticeable damage to the bubble. The card is really clean, Love it...

Nice pic ups guys, love the Jord and Darth and Grant that store box is very striking. Must be a great feeling after a 2 and a half year hunt to finally get it. Huge congrats buddy.

Jeff the droids series is a great series but under rated by a lot of collecters in my opinion. That is a steal at £16, shame about the yellow bubble but I think you'll be hard pushed to find one without.
