    Safe storage ideas for MOCs?

I have a few shallow star cases that have come with MOCs over the years but I've never seen them for sale. Must be some out there...? They do save a lot of space and like Ed find the standard star cases oversized and a storage problem, so went down the acrylic route.

    Jabba pipe/bowl baggies

Hi, anyone have these for sale outside ebay? There was a guy at FF a few fairs back who had a load (wish I'd bought a few more) Cheers, Tim

Did potf mocs make it to uk shelves ?

I saw the POTF range just once, whilst on holiday in Ayr, Scotland in what must have been summer 1985. They were incredibly expensive at around £4.50 each, in what was more of a tourist shop than a toy shop somewhere by the ferry. Definitely POTF as I recall being really taken with the quality...

    Why the Han head swap?

Aged 9, circa 1978/9, my rationale for the large head was that a new actor must be taking over the role of Han Solo in the nest movie so they had to change the figure likeness....

When was the last time (first time round1) you spotted the original toys?

Catford Tesco's around 1987/88...a friend tipped me off and though my interest had passed I still checked it out and there was an absolute ton of stuff on offer, by far the biggest display of SW I'd ever seen in one place (except perhaps Hamleys) Included Imperial Shuttles, B-wings, Tie...

    Palitoy 20 back GREEDO MOC

FS: A very nice sealed Palitoy 20 back GREEDO MOC. £1100 posted in the UK. (overseas please ask) http://s772.photobucket.com/user/tickyra/library/Greedo%20Palitoy%2020%20back?sort=2&page=1 Overall I'd rate this as 8/10. Card is great; lies almost flat; front shows a few spots of age when...

    Most expensive MOC price tag

Wow £6.99 is mental! And on a SW card too. The dearest I recall was £4.95 on the POTF figures in'85 (the one and only time I saw them) and thought **** that I'm done with SW!

    Scam Warning

craigslist Uk is another one to watch - I highlighted this recently in the 'sellers to avoid' section. In particular there's one scumbag listing high end figures (e.g Harbert MOC Yoda) he clearly does not own them and asks for an immediate bank transfer.

Your first experience of Blue snaggletooth?

1980 for me...I first saw on the back of the Meccano 20 backs whilst on holliday on the French island of Corsica. Me & my bother went mental trying to find him (and drove my parents nuts) but as it turned out there were hardly any figures to be found anyway - just Leia, Ben & C-3PO, all of which...

Best or craziest Star Wars find at a carboot or charity shop

I've trailed bot fears in the south for over 10 years and have had a few good finds, though increasingly few and far between. Best ones... 1) A mint complete Amanaman for £1 found amongst a load of Ben 10 etc about 5 years ago. 2) An Ewok village box half full of loose figures & a few mini...
