Hi The seller can cancel the order. They can then refund the money to you. Ebay will then send you an email and once you have received the money you confirm. The seller will then receive a credit note to cover the ebay fees.

Steve has gotten back to me. He says the saber is sprayed too neatly for Ledy. The Ledy Luke bespin tends to have an oversprayed saber. They both have the same COO. This would make this one a China No COO figure.
