Btw - it was one episode a week, over about four years, so much much more happened. The love story between Leia Hoth and Lobot really doesn't need to be revisited.

    Your Stories

I posted this over on RS, but I think you folk might enjoy contributing more. If you're taking about kid play, mine was Imperial Gunner. He was actually known as Darth Loner, because, you know, he was a loner. But he was a Sith. Sometimes Jedi Luke would be involved, and if we needed a female...

    Din I get conned selling

If, as you say, the person you sold to is a collector and admin of a collector site, there is little doubt that he already has at least one example of everything in that lot. Therefore it is a no-brainer that he is going to flip some. The fact that you had two General Landos there shows that...

Would you have done what I did?

Hello So I was selling some old beaters, and the auction ended at $10.50. The automated postage fee on eBay was $10.50 also (which is about right) The buyer contacted me saying the postage was too expensive and would I be willing to reduce it to $3. I questioned him, because a padded bag is $3...

    Would this bother you?

Hi So, recently I've been offloading some beaters, many in reasonable shape, hardly any with weapons. Now I've noticed some of these pieces being resold on the bay with repro weapons for more than twice what I sold them for. I don't really care what buyers do once I've sold, but the repro weapon...

    Why the Han head swap?

Agreed, I always thought Han Bespin was one of the best figures they ever made. Just so cool. But then, I thought the entire range of Bespin figures (apart from Lobot and the guards) were a fantastic range.

    Why the Han head swap?

Does anyone know the reason behind the pin-head to big head Han? Just interested, as I had both and thought the pin headed version was far better. Also, I'm not sure if it was a thing back then, but don't the actors have to approve items with their likeness? I'm sure Harrison Ford would have...

    eBay selling

Hello folks Still a very new member, but been reading and lurking for a while. Question is: for loose, basically beater figures from my childhood, with no reproduction items, card backs etc, most without weapons, is it better to do eBay listings as job lots?

    1985 figs

We really missed out when they didn't make the highly sought after Aunt Beru with blue milk accessory.

It's my understanding that they made the Imperial Dignitary figure because Bea Arthur said she wanted a figure of her character made.

    1985 figs

Thanks everyone for the nice welcome. As far as Karen and the Big Chief dolly, I don't blame her - they're ****ing terrible even for the few of us who can appreciate Mego. Janet Fielding is "a card"
